Kitchener Hypnosis

Tamara Szwedo, the Director of Kitchener Hypnosis, she is a professional member of the Master Hypnotist Society (MHS) and a registered member of the National Guild of Hypnotists. Tamara is also a Neuro Linguistics Programming Practitioner and has been a part of the fitness and wellness community for over 10 years. Tamara completed her training through Hypnosis Training Canada. The methods she uses have helped tens of thousands of people with weight loss, stress management and quitting smoking as well as many other unwanted habits, behaviours and attitudes.
