MindSet Counseling, LLC

At MindSet Counseling, we offer evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy to address the mental health concerns of children, adolescents, adults and couples. Through a collaborative process of information gathering and education, we help clients take an overwhelming, undefinable 'problem', and break it down into manageable pieces that are easy to understand. That, in turn, allows us to target the factors that are contributing to the problem, and identify the path towards long-term health.
