In 2016, Shanti discovered the spiritual essence of beekeeping at the College of Melissae and was introduced to the delightful fermented drink, Jun. Captivated by its rich lineage, unique flavor, and health benefits, she embarked on a journey mastering the ancient brewing tradition under the guidance of sacred beekeeper, Rebecca Robertson. With honey from Blissful Bee Apiary, Shanti began crafting her own Jun, leading to the inception of Shanti Elixirs™. Inspired by the collective magic of bee hives, Shanti's vision attracted a dedicated team, now the heart of Shanti Elixirs. Together, they commit to radiating well-being and peace with every Jun sip, proudly bottled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina.
