Pro Seniors' Long-Term Care Ombudsman HOME OPTIONS helps you to choose a nursing home, assisted living, or other long-term care & services. Our Ombudsman team advocates for long-term care residents' rights & quality of care. Pro Seniors' Legal Helpline is free to anyone age 60 or over living in Ohio - call to schedule a phone appointment. Ohio Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) empowers seniors to avoid, recognize and report suspected Medicare fraud & scams. Volunteer with us! Ombudsman volunteers make regular visits to a selected nursing home or assisted living; or, they give presentations about our services & about residents' rights; & more. Ohio SMP volunteers staff health fairs & educate beneficiaries to recognize fraud and scams, & more.
