Founded in 2017, Nexus Homebuyers is the brainchild of Zach and Matt, two Tennessee real estate investors with a shared passion for fixing and flipping residential properties. In an industry where transactions are often treated as a zero-sum game, Nexus strives to create win-win solutions that benefit investors and sellers alike. One of the main reasons that we formed our company was to make things easier for sellers who didn’t have the time or money to deal with a conventional market listing. More specifically, we wanted to help people who didn’t want the hassle of realtor commissions, transaction fees, open houses, house staging, and home repairs.
