These gatherings gave people a safe space to practice and connect with others. At first, it didn’t matter if no one showed up—we loved practicing and giving back. But what happened exceeded our expectations. Dozens turned into hundreds, and today, our community continues to grow. We provide yoga experiences for everyone, no matter your level. Our classes are designed to be inclusive, blending yoga practice with Gong and Crystal Bowl sound bath meditations for a calming and unique experience. The best part? We’ve seen new friendships form right here in our sessions. Now, we’ve taken our love for yoga even further with local and international yoga retreats. These retreats combine yoga with cultural and spiritual experiences that can help unlock something powerful within you.
